Sweet Rudy's is a Brooklyn-based bakery founded by Andrew Hachten and friends and named after Andrew's childhood dog, Rudy. Inspired by Rudy's love of adventure and comfort, we focus on unique takes on familiar favorites.
Andrew discovered his passion for baking in late 2021 and began honing his skills through his love for Dungeons & Dragons. He started baking for his friends for each D&D session, and before he knew it, he was creating stunning desserts for his sister's wedding. The overwhelming support from friends and family convinced Andrew to start Sweet Rudy's.
We pour our hearts and souls into every creation, carefully selecting only the finest ingredients and perfecting each recipe to create something truly and exceptionally unique. We hope that with each bite, our customers will be inspired to experiment in their own kitchens and to bring their own personal twist to their favorites.
